Compensation Policy

This policy explains the general framework for reviewing compensation claims related to shipments handled through Delex, subject to applicable contracts and regulations.

Policy Scope

  • The policy applies to shipments registered through official Delex channels where shipment details and operating status can be verified.
  • Compensation value and conditions are subject to the contract or commercial agreement applicable to the customer or partner.

Submitting a Claim

  • The shipment number, case description, and supporting documents must be submitted within the period stated in the agreement or support channel.
  • The Delex team may request additional information to complete the review or verify claim details.

Review and Decision

  • Delex reviews shipment data, status history, and related communication before approving any compensation.
  • The customer or partner is notified of the review result through the approved communication channel.
