Policy Scope
- The policy applies to shipments registered through official Delex channels where shipment details and operating status can be verified.
- Compensation value and conditions are subject to the contract or commercial agreement applicable to the customer or partner.
Submitting a Claim
- The shipment number, case description, and supporting documents must be submitted within the period stated in the agreement or support channel.
- The Delex team may request additional information to complete the review or verify claim details.
Review and Decision
- Delex reviews shipment data, status history, and related communication before approving any compensation.
- The customer or partner is notified of the review result through the approved communication channel.
